Literally thousands of migratory Trout flash along as they jump the falls to run up the Ganny River in the spring, and in the fall, thousands of Salmon fight upstream. They entertain hundreds of watchers strung along the river's edge adjacent to the Lantern Inn. Come and join in - comfortably - by reserving a riverside guestroom overlooking the river (if you book early we can reserve a fireplace riverside room.
We'll serve up a delicious lunch for two and you can participate in a true rite of nature. And, by the way, enjoy the art galleries, antique shops, and fine boutique shopping. Fish runs are February thru April and August thru September.
